Come, Holy Spirit
Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Thy faithful and enkindle in them the fire of Thy love.
V. Send forth Thy Spirit, and they shall be created;
R. And Thou shalt renew the face of the earth. LET US PRAY.
O God, who didst teach the hearts of Thy faithful people by sending them the light of Thy Holy Spirit, grant us
by the same Spirit to have right judgement in all things, and evermore to rejoice in His holy comfort. Through Christ Our Lord. Amen
O Holy Spirit, sweet Guest of my soul, abide in me and grant that I may ever abide in Thee.
“Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for your selves. For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.”

Jesus is the Good Shepherd. He cares for us. He lifts us up when we have fallen. He leads us beside restful waters and refreshes our souls. Even in the darkest valley, we have nothing to fear. With His rod and His staff, He comforts us. He prepares a table before us in the presence of our enemies. He anoints our head with oil. Our cup overflows. Goodness and love will follow us all the days of our lives (cf. Psalm 23).
Goal: Let us come and rest with Our Lord.
